Licensing Terms of Use:
All listings are suitable for personal and small business (up to 2 employees) use.
If you are a larger business then you are required to purchase an additional “Extended Commercial Use License” for each design.
You must NOT:
– Edit any of my designs/artwork, this includes the background colour on seamless patterns, or use elements as clipart.
– Share or re-sell any of my designs in digital form, other than with a Printing company to make physical items. The Printing company should be made aware that they cannot use the files themselves.
– Replicate or copy my designs.
– Buy my designs to sell products via POD companies, such as but not limited to, Spoonflower, Redbubble, Society 6, Amazon Merch, Printify etc.
– Claim my designs as your own.
All images and designs are owned by ‘Georgie King Designs’ and are Copyright protected. You are purchasing a licence to print the design but the designs remain the sole and exclusive property of Georgie King Designs and the artist Georgie King.
All licenses are non exclusive unless otherwise stated, and will be sold to multiple buyers.
Georgie King Designs cannot be held responsible for printing errors. Colours may vary depending on the type of fabric printer.
All designs are created at 300 dpi RGB colour mode.
PLEASE PRINT A SAMPLE TO ENSURE YOU ARE HAPPY WITH THE DESIGN.
If anyone breaches this agreement, legal action will be taken.
